Hi just talked through adding the Go React app to Canvas with our school advisor. Took careful notes but got to the part where in Assignments > "submission type". Cannot find that button -- please advise. Can't go any further until I get that info.
Thanks!

Hello @ken_ard ...
It sounds like you're in the right area of your assignment...you just have to dig a little deeper. The "GoReact" LTI app would be a third-party tool that connects with Canvas, and so from the "Submission Type" drop-down menu, you need to select "External Tool". You should then see a list of all third-part external tools that have been installed at either your school's Canvas account level or at the course level. Hopefully, "GoReact" will be listed there. Check out this Guide for more information: How do I add an assignment using an external app?.
I hope this helps, Ken. Stay safe, and be well!

Hi and thanks for the response. This is the same info that I had been given by my colleagues. However, I never see the "submission type" pop up anywhere on the page in order to select the third-party option. What am I missing? I have added the Go React app according to the instructions but cannot seem to get to the "submission type" step.
Please advise.
Thanks,
