[ARCHIVED] Google Apps is not loading in the Rich Content Editor. Why?

I am trying to embed a Google Document in the Rich Content Editor but it does not load, the littler circle keeps turning and never works.  We can pull YouTube videos pretty easily but cannot embed documents.  I am pretty worried since we are just moving from Google Classroom into Canvas and this will be a big reason for my teachers to push back on Canvas.  Anybody experienced the same?

Have you tried a different web browser?  I'm just guessing on this but I know some browsers such as Safari don't always play well when trying to access one system from another when logging into an account is involved.  Youtube is usually fine since it's public, but with trying to access you google account I could see that being an issue.  On my Mac I normally only use Chrome or Firefox with Canvas and rarely have issues.
