[ARCHIVED] Google assignments not submittting

I am a 6th grade Math online teacher.  Some of my students can not submit their google docs to me.  They say it cannot submit.  Other students can submit just fine.  Finally, some say they cannot even view the assignment.  I am not sure if this is a problem on my part or theirs.  Help!

Hi @MrsEschmeyer, how frustrating for you all.

I use microsoft collaborations and have had similar challenges. From that perspective here are a couple of possibilities that may impact you and your students:

• students need to have signed in to offic.com in order to activate the work. Is there something similar for Google? 
• once that has occurred someties they still need that open the first time for the googledoc to work?

Sounds counterintuitive I know but the wrinkles still seem to need ironing out to get started.
