Students are only logged in with their Google Accounts, but this message in Canvas keeps coming up:
You need to authorize this integration in order to use it.
Please sign in to your Google account and authorize this integration. When we check in Google settings, it says Canvas is authorized but we continually get the error message when attempting to view a Google Cloud Assignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jenny

Hey there,
The solve that I have had around this has been that it is a Cookies issue. Students may change/enable cookies in two ways. One, if they look in the URL bar they may see an eye with a line crossing it out--they can click that and follow the prompts to enable cookies specifically in Canvas. They can also navigate to their Chrome settings, find Security and Privacy, go to Cookies and change to Allow All Cookies.
This has solved the same problem in my school for almost all students.
