Any thoughts as to why the "Grade Slider" would not be showing for a teacher in the grading section of the teacher app?

When you build your assignments, double-check the "Display Grade As" setting:
How do I view Assignments in the Teacher app on my iOS device?
The only setting that includes a slider bar is points. The others have the + sign and then options to select.

Is there another solution for this issue?
I have an instructor at my institution who is grading two assignments, both set to points. However, the slider appears on one an not the other.
