[ARCHIVED] Gradebook outcomes

Hello, 

I am a new adjunct using Canvas for the first time.  My students told me that they can't see their grade. I checked and the outcomes are  not visible to my students.  I tried to enable them by following the directions given in the link:

I go to grades, although I don't see the Learning Mastery link option and I can't continue with the rest of the instructions.  Is there a specific reason for which I can't see the Learning Mastery link option under gradebook?
