I moved an imported assignment that was 0% grading weight to the summative section (72% grading weight) and when I look at the grades, I get this error "

The assignment itself does have points and is showing correctly in the assignment section.  Any suggestions?

First, delete your image ... it has student names in it along with their grades.

The message you're seeing is a warning. It's saying that you have an assignment group with nothing in it. You can confirm that by going to the Assignments page and looking at the Imported Assignments group -- there's nothing there.

To get rid of the warning, delete the Imported Assignments assignment group. To do this, click on the three vertical dots at the top of the Imported Assignments group and then choose delete.
