Can I open this in a new tab or within Canvas without downloading the image file (png)?

Hi  @miathermopolis0  Welcome to the Canvas Community. A PNG file should be viewable in the DocViewer in SpeedGrader if that's all the students submitted for your assignment, as verified here: What types of files can be previewed in Canvas?, under the Image Preview Files heading, if I'm understanding your question correctly.  If not, feel free to reply.

[Edit: One more thought is that you can download all submissions at once, as covered here: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13086-415255025 I know you said you didn't want to download, but this will at least save you the hassle of downloading them one-by-one and instead downloading all of them into a .zip file, keeping the student names as part of the file name.]

Hi Ken, So I'm a TA for a course and we're using Canvas. One of the assignment problems involved uploading an image file. In speedgrader, it looks like I have to download each image file for each student individually... is this correct? 

We have about 450 students in our course so grading image files this way is not efficient. I couldn't find any way to view the image in the browser. Any guidance you can provide would be much appreciated.
