[ARCHIVED] Has anyone ever recovered a Big Blue Conference recording from tech support?

My group and I used Big Blue conference. I hit record and pause.  But once we ended it, the recording wasn't available. I did email support. Has anyone ever recovered a recording that didn't show initially?

I am the Product Manager for BigBlueButton.  While I work at Blindside Networks (the company that started the BigBlueButton project), I can't speak on behalf of Instructure but I can help you with your question.

We received your support request and are looking into it.  If you clicked the start/stop record button, we should be able to find your recording.
