[ARCHIVED] Has anyone had a problem viewing insights on Canvas studio?

Hello,

We have ran into a couple of issues with courses using Canvas Studio. The students enrolled in the class are not appearing in the "Insights" section of the Canvas Studio video. We verified that these students were all set up with Studio accounts. They didn't appear on the roster even when masqueraded as a test. We put in a ticket, but are curious if others have experienced the same issue while we wait for a response.
