I'm a studio art teacher and VERY new to Canvas other than for grades.  What is the best way to have students submit written assignments?

Hi  @stephanie_bedwe . You can create a text entry or file upload assignment depending on how you want the students to submit their work. Here are two lessons for how that would work for the students:
