I have a student who has accepted the invite for a course, and has logged into the site but every time she leaves, the next time she logs in, it doesn't recognize her email and password and she has to start all over again. As a result, she is over a week behind in discussions even though all the other students seem to be able to access everything fine. She is using either Safari or Mozilla Firefox as her browsers.

@bethjmommy4 , greetings! I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having. This sounds like a strange issue and my recommendation is to have the student contact Canvas Support to see if they can help.
