I recommend you have a face-to-face conversation with your instructor about the situation. (or web conference).
As a teacher, first I must state that if your instructor specified that you should be using an up-to-date browser, or be using a desktop or laptop device, or any other technical requirements that you didn't follow,. Then your using a phone and out of date browser doesn't give you much of an excuse. (I tell my students to never take a quiz on a mobile device.).
That said, you may want to point your instructor to this conversation concerning quiz logs. Solved: Academic Integrity - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)
The log does show you clicking away a lot, but I don't have any experience as to why your log is stating you clicked away if you didn't. Perhaps you could do a test quiz in front of your instructor to verify it is an error.
