I assume that since you posted your question in the Admin Group that you are a Canvas administrator at your school, is that true? There are many video tutorials I can point you to for roles such as administrators, teachers, students, etc. I would recommend that you start with those first. Depending on your role, start with the Canvas Overview video. Then, I would recommend watching the videos under the "All Users" heading. Then, you can pick and choose other videos to watch...again, depending on the role you have at your school. If you then wanted to take a deeper dive into how Canvas works, there are all kinds of written Guides available to you: Canvas - Canvas Community. Just select your role, and then you'll find a wide variety of Guides with lots more detail that isn't necessarily covered in those video tutorials.
As always, you can post your questions about Canvas to the Community, and more than likely you will get a response from a Community member or even someone from Instructure.
