[ARCHIVED] How can I change user interface and create/modify nav sections/items

Hello,

as an admin, I work with Canvas application powered by TurnKey,

I would like to create a nav with the courses down the main nav at the right, what would be the best way to achieve that?

Also where I can modify the place of the blocks (some kind of components list with dropdowns as CMS do as well)

We are giving the Canvas Admins area a little bit of love (especially questions that are really, really old) and just want to check in with you.  This will also bring this question new attention.
