Hi @MonuBangaru 

The screenshot and link in your post are referencing the Canvas Data Portal, which is a feature that must be enabled by your CSM.  Do you have specific questions?

Thank you for the information, CSM means the SUPER ADMINISTRATOR? 

I wanted to download the entire student data, but I'm getting confused about where to start.

@MonuBangaru CSM is your Instructure Customer Success Manager, the person that your school's Canvas administrator works with at Instructure.
