Hi all,
Question from a newbie! I've tried contacting Canvas through their Facebook page and email to try to talk about pricing, but had no luck. Does anyone know how I can contact a customer success manager so I can upgrade my account so I can upload SCORM content?

Hi @Active-Language and welcome to the Community! The best bet for reaching someone to talk about a paid account is by going to https://www.instructure.com/canvas/, and filling out the "Request Info" form. This has some information to ensure the right person reaches out. Someone from the group who handles new accounts should be in touch and after upgrading to a paid account you should be connected to a CSM. I have found everyone to be very response so am sure you will hear back quickly.
