First, you will need to create a Group Set. I like to think of a Group Set as the same as an assignment name. You can then create groups of students within that Group Set. For example, you might have an assignment called "Tent Camping". Then, you might have four groups of five students each (Team Red, Team Green, Team Blue, Team Yellow). You would then assign students to each of these teams (groups) that you created within that group set. Similarly, for the 20 students in your course, you might have a separate group set called "Preparing a Picnic". In the same way, you could create four new sets of teams (Team Squirrels, Team Chipmunks, Team Frogs, Team Robins). You could place your 20 students in completely different groups within this group set so that they are working with other people for this assignment vs. the first assignment.
