I'm trying to change the profile picture for my account, but when I get to the point where I've uploaded a picture and I click 'Save' then nothing happens. The 'Save' button changes and is replaced with a non-clickable button that says selecting image.
How do I change my profile picture to whatever I want it to be?
When I am in Canvas, there are menu options on the far left side of the screen (Studio, Commons, etc.). At the top of that menu there is "Account". Click "Account", and then the screen will change and you should see an option to click on "Profile". There should a circle with your current picture in it (or a circle where your picture should be). You should be able to click the circle and then you will be given options for where you want your picture to come from. Once you have your picture selected, you can make some adjustments to how it fits in the circle.
Sorry, Joshua. I just re-read your question and realized that you are already to the upload part of the task. Originally I only noticed the last part of your question.
One thing to consider is to change the format of the picture. You can open it in some kind of photo editor and change the format from jpeg to something else, or vice versa. Or, the original picture might be too large. You could try shrinking it down in a photo editor as well.
