Dear Canvas Community,
First of all, thank you for your support.
Here is my question: How can I create a practice shell?
* Currently I would like to explore the possibility of uploading supplementary resource materials from the publisher of our course textbook.
* But, I want to avoid any clutter in my Canvas curriculum.
* Can I upload these materials to a practice shell to see if the quizzes, assignments, activities match up with the needs and skills of my students?
* With a practice shell, I would be better able to examine the materials myself.
Please let me know.
Thank you for all you do.
Paz,
JL
Hello there, @jlewenstein ...
You may need to have a conversation with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department. They would be able to tell you if they would be able to create a separate "sandbox" course so that you can explore and practice new things while not disturbing other courses that you have access to in Canvas.
I hope this will be of help to you. Let Community members know if you have any other questions...thanks!
