[ARCHIVED] How do I create multiple classes for a single course?

I have created a course that functions as an assessment that is comprised of multiple modules. This assessment is used on a weekly basis with a new group of users. I want to be able to enroll a single group of students on a weekly basis without interfering with the week before or week after. This will help with reporting and follow up. Is this at all possible?
