[ARCHIVED] How do I do have one answer with New Quizzes?

I have been using Classic Quizzes and Mastery Paths in conjunction for most of this school year. Since Classic Quizzes will be phasing out next year, I thought I would try New Quizzes and Mastery Paths. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to replicate my format from Classic Quizzes into New Quizzes.

I want to guarantee that every student gets one point for lowest path, known as the Core Path. This is how I did it in Classic Quizzes.

This is Multiple Choice question type with only one option for student to choose. When I tried this in New Quizzes, I was not allowed to. Not even sure at this point if there is a New Quizzes workaround. I tried everything I could think of. Every question type I tried and thought through left students with the option to get 0 points on the quiz. Maybe there is a Mastery Path workaround?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you make it a multiple choice that the answer reads click this one?  Don't click this one.  Maybe use a fill in the blank that has the student type the word yes and then allow many spellings to count etc.  Last, I am wondering if you could select multiple answers and then just offer one.
