The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
How do I find a book/article on this platform?

Hi Johndalyn and welcome!
You have reached the Canvas Global User community where Canvas users from all around the world just like you come together to share their thoughts, ideas, and best ways to use Canvas.
I would really like to help you but need a little more detail on what you are looking for. Has your teacher instructed you to find a book or article that they have posted to Canvas, or is this more research they have asked you to do independently?
Generally most things that a teacher has posted in Canvas will be in either the Modules area, Files are (if available) or linked to on Pages (all of which are accessible in the course menu, if they are enabled by the teacher).
I hope that gives you some basics, if you can provide more information, we might be able to narrow this down further for you.
I hope that helps!
