I try to get into commons, but usually get this picture.
And I keep getting this message over and over. How can I tackle this?

I'm just guessing, but do you have cookies blocked on your web browser? Canvas might be using cookies to keep track of who you are, especially when going into a linked resource such as Commons. If your browser is blocking them I could see that creating this type of error message.

Thank you for your response! I have tried that and it seemed to work a couple of times. However, it stopped working. The head of our IT department tried to solve the issue and asked me if there was some sort of a confusion between accounts. I have an account in the free version (soon to be converted into paid because the state of Iowa has purchased it for all the districts, but is being extremely slow) and I am also a TA within a different organization. Is that what is causing the problem?
