[ARCHIVED] How do I get to see my courses on the Dashboard page in Canvas?

Hi, I wanted to know how I could get my Dashboard in canvas to start loading and appearing again. I can see the highlights of the courses trying to load and show the name of the courses and to be able to click on them but in never finishes loading. No color is in the boxes and I can't click on them. Their just shadows trying to load.

Hi @jalea-gardner Welcome to the Canvas Community.
I'm guessing that it's a browser issue.
Here are some ideas for you to try:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.
- Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
- If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
