[ARCHIVED] How do I respond to a fellow students discussion using APA?

When we post in our discussion board for the week we are required to respond to at least 1 of our fellow students original comments. My professor took a few points off this week because I did not respond using APA formatting. I haven't been in school for 8 years and I cannot find any videos or articles that can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help!!!

It can be a bit daunting beginning study. There is so much to learn apart from the content of your study. I take my hat off to you for asking the question, I'm sure you are not alone.
