Is there a way to set up institutional outcomes so that faculty don't have to click on each student to say mastered or not mastered for an assignment?
Issue: The information did not show up in the spreadsheet unless you went through and clicked on rubric and marked it as meets standard or does not meet standard for each student in the course.
Hello, @twalker7 , and welcome to the Community. To my knowledge, the teachers need to click on each student to "grade" their rubric on the Outcome. Also, are the Outcome tagged in Quiz questions in New Quizzes or complete quizzes in Classic Quizzes? Doing this would make it possible for students take a quiz and their results show up in a report.

Thank you for responding. I was hoping to collect the Student Learning Outcome (SLO) data through CANVAS by having faculty choose the appropriate outcome and assigning it to their assignment so I can pull the data for all our core curriculum courses. I was hoping that if the faculty set the mastery level for each assignment, then the report would flag which students mastered the assignment and which did not.
I was hoping to make the process more efficient so that faculty only had to set this up at the beginning of the course. Then an administrator could pull the data for IR to analyze without the facutly having to do extra work.
I looked through the links that you sent.
You can set this up as the admin, and then the teachers would be able to grade it. https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10895-canvas-admin-guide-table-of-contents#jive_content_id_...
