[ARCHIVED] How do I transfer Ponopto captured Power Points to Canvas

I have Ponopto videos (30 min to 1 hr in length) which were transferred from Blackboard that are stored in Everything Ponopto.   I now would like to get these entered into Canvas program.  Are they to be entered into Modules and if so how?  Are they entered as Pages or Files or Assignments.  How do I move them from the Everything Ponopto site to my Canvas location??  Thank You
