Yes and no. You won't find a setting on the quiz page that will do this for you, but that doesn't mean there still isn't a way to do this. If you just need to translate the text so you can take or print the quiz, you can utilize some tools your browser has.
Every browser, regardless if it's Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer, you can translate the page the text on a page with your browser. To keep this answer short, I'll an example how to do this only for Chrome, however, I'll link the information how to do this with any browser (well the supported browsers anyway).
From there you can select the language you need, and press translate:
