[ARCHIVED] How do ZOOM links work with augusoft?

I am a coordinator at OLLI who will be conducting a study group remotely this summer. I have set up my ZOOM account through Northwestern and scheduled a ZOOM meeting with my group as a test a couple of weeks before the semester begins.

Normally as a coordinator I email the group through the augusoft portal set up for OLLI. This allows me to contact them without typing in 30 plus email addresses into my gmail account.  The portal allows me to send research items as attachments. 

How can I add a live ZOOM link for the upcoming test meeting into the augusoft portal?

Hi  @sookiedog1210  and welcome to the Community!  I am not familiar with the augusoft portal set or OLLI, but we do use Zoom at my institution.  When a meeting is set up in Zoom either from the Zoom website directly or the Canvas LTI, you have an option after scheduling the meeting to copy a meeting invitation.  Have you thought about copying the invitation and sending this to your students as you described?  Sometimes I will do this with meetings I set up with faculty/staff, or create a calendar invitation in Outlook and add the invitation in the notes section.

Hope this helps!  Maybe someone else has another suggestion as well.
