[ARCHIVED] How do ZOOM links work with augusoft?

I am a coordinator at OLLI who will be conducting a study group remotely this summer. I have set up my ZOOM account through Northwestern and scheduled a ZOOM meeting with my group as a test a couple of weeks before the semester begins.

Normally as a coordinator I email the group through the augusoft portal set up for OLLI. This allows me to contact them without typing in 30 plus email addresses into my gmail account.  The portal allows me to send research items as attachments. 

How can I add a live ZOOM link for the upcoming test meeting into the augusoft portal?
