[ARCHIVED] How do you view a recorded conference?

Hello,

My students recorded a Conference in their group on April 19th. I cannot view it. There is only one link when I click on Concluded Conferences and it says "presentation." I click on it and it opens a new tab that says "loading." It loads forever and never finishes. 

I really only need to know WHO participated in this conference. Is there a way to tell?

I am the product manager for BigBlueButton.  I work at Blindside Networks, the company that provides hosting for Canvas Conferences to Instructure, and while can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can respond to your question.

Hi Lana,

Are you using Safari (desktop or mobile) by chance to view the presentation recording.  The playback used to work, but a recent version of Safari is causing the recording to not fully load.

We are working on resolving it.  For now, recommend using FireFox or Chrome to view the cording on desktop/laptop.

Thank you! Yes actually I was. Safari is my browser for this college, Chrome and Firefox are what I use for other colleges, haha. I will switch over and see if it works, thank you!
