Canvas and Mastery are experiencing issues due to an ongoing AWS incident. Follow the status at AWS Health Dashboard and Instructure Status Page
Hello,
I like multi-tasking my desktop, so when I'm answering questions on canvas, I tend to have canvas on one side of my desktop and maybe a music app, or google meet screen taking the other half.
I was wondering how it is handled if you mouse over the second window, without clicking on it (so no focus transfer). Would that flag me or show up in the logs? I like scrolling on the other window, but I never click out of the current one.
This is on Windows 10 btw, so the behavior may not be the same for other OS, as I believe it is a feature introduced by 10.
Here's a link about inactive window scrolling: https://www.thurrott.com/windows/windows-10/2435/windows-10-tip-scroll-inactive-windows

Hi @vendredi46 I've found that if the window is open it seems to count that as being used. Not too sure when it times out though.
