The student took the test and received 1 pt because her computer went out on her. She could not go into the test to complete it. I opened up the test again for her but she says that it will not allow her to take the test again. Is there a way to open the test to allow a student to take the complete test a second time? In addition, if the test has ended, can the student still go back and take the test again?

Hi @kahlar ,
You can give students more attempts on a quiz.
If you are using Classic Quizzes, you can give students extra attempts. If you are using New Quizzes, you can moderate a student's attempt and/or add assessment accommodations.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks!
