[ARCHIVED] How to enable 'Import assessment content as new quizzes' in canvas

I need to import the new quizzes content from other instance, I have QTI zip for importing it. But the "Import assessment content as New Quizzes" tab is disabled. Will someone please quickly let me know why this is disabled and how can I enable or import New Quizzes.

The first thing I'd check is whether New Quizzes is enabled at the account level in the destination account, and if it is, whether the new quiz tool is also enabled in the course (feature options).

If those guesses don't hit the mark, your best course of action will be to ask Canvas Support to have a look (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12877-how-do-i-get-help-with-canvas-as-an-instructor

I mark on in the feature options to enable 'Import assessment content as new quizzes'.

Will you please answer a quick question on importing new quizzes to another canvas instance?

I need to import the new quizzes from another canvas instance. I have a QTI zip file and but it's not importing in quizzes tab. Do you have any idea why?
