Hello Badgr,

Badgr is new to me. I started with create badges as an issuer. My intention is to issue the badges to the learners when they complete each individual module.

In the App Integrations, I am able to connect to Canvas LTI. In the Canvas, I set up the individual badge to each module and I define the requirements to complete on each module in the Canvas. 

However, I do not see the completion of badges and the learner cannot claim the badge when he/she completes an individual module. 

Could someone guide on how to make it works?

I just happened to see your question and was surprised it hadn't been answered. If I understand your question, it appears that you've properly set a badge to be awarded based on module completion. When the student meets the module completion criteria they are eligible for a badge but it won't be awarded yet. Why?  It is because Badgr doesn't check all the time, only when it is prompted. And it is prompted to check in several ways:

• The student clicks on the Badges menu. Within short period of time (typically less than 10 seconds) Badgr checks if a badge has been earned and awards the badge if that student has met the module completion criteria.
• The instructor click on the Badges menu and then the Progress tab. This lists the students in the course. The instructor can scroll through the list of students. Badgr checks and awards badges for all the students that are currently displayed. If the instructor scrolls through the entire list of student then all students who have earned badges will be awarded their badges (but note that the students still need to click on the Badges menu to see the badges they have earned, unless this is the first badge that students have earned, the student will not get an email when they earn the badge in Canvas; if it is the first badge earned, Badgr does send an email to the student about their badge award, largely so that the student can view the privacy policies).
• If there are lots of students in the course, the instructor can also use the Export to .csv to generate a list of badges earned for every student, exported to a .csv file and sent to the instructor email address. In that process, Badgr makes sure to update the badge awards for every student.
