[ARCHIVED] How to retrieive user email in List Enrollments API?

I saw that List enrollments API call gives couple of user information like id, name etc., Is it possible to  retrieve the user email address in the same object?
Some queries like ?include[]=email.

As far as I know, it's not, because email is not part of the Enrollment object.  The API document at https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/enrollments.html#method.enrollments_api.index shows what's included in the object, and the allowed "include" options.
