[ARCHIVED] How to sumbit a video from studio and a document from file upload together?

I need to submit a video for an assessment with a word document. I have uploaded my video to sudio, but when I go to submit it, I am only able to do a file or a video not both. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi,  @s3721427  Welcome to the Canvas Community! You are absolutely correct; when submitting an assignment, a student can upload either a video or a file (assuming both of those submission methods are enabled in the assignment), but cannot upload both at the same time.

While you will probably want to contact your instructor directly to see how they'd like to have this handled, one way to accomplish this is to submit the video, then switch to the submission interface by clicking on the Submission Details link at the upper right of the page, and use the Attach File link at the bottom right to attach the file as an assignment comment (in "Add a Comment").
