[ARCHIVED] How to turn in an assignment?

How do I submit an assignment when it is telling me that I have to close browser tab to submit assignment. Then when I close the tab and then go back to module to see if the next assignment is open. The module still says to turn in the assignment when I did what it said and it did not work.

Hi, Jamaiah, 

Sounds like you are a using a third-party tool that integrates into Canvas. The outside tool is responsible for marking off the assignment as being complete. Since I won't know what tool you are using, I'd recommend contacting your instructor to see if he or she can tell if the assignment was submitted for you and can provide you with additional assistance.
