[ARCHIVED] How to use PDFs in Canvas so students can work within Canvas

I would like to know the best way to put in a PDF assignment so when it is opened, it will not download, but the student can work on it within the Canvas platform.

Also, I watched a YouTube video and saw this, and when the PDF was opened, there was a toolbar to the left for the student to use on the assignment (not the RCE)

I've looked from student view and cannot find this toolbar either. Can you give me some guidance?  Thank you very much,

I am trying to figure out the same thing. How can a student interact with a PDF to type on it and what not as they did in Google Classroom?
