Hello @SthokozaNgwenya,
When you sign up for a Canvas account the only difference between signing up as an instructor and signing up as a student is that instructors don't need a join code and are automatically enrolled into a new "Your Guided Course Template" course in a Teacher role. In Canvas, user accounts don't have roles, enrollments in courses have roles, so with the same account you can be enrolled in courses as both a student and instructor. If you did not want to be enrolled in the "Your Guided Course Template" course as a Teacher you can go to the course settings page and delete the course as is shown in this guide How do I delete a course as an instructor?
