I am confused where can I start OSE?  I did sign up for it.  I could not find OSE as online class from Santa Rosa Junior College.

Unfortunately, we here in the Canvas Community wouldn't have any information for you on your OSE course.  This is something that sounds specific to your school.  I browsed your school's website, and I found the following support page which has a "Contact Distance Ed Support" button at the bottom of the page:
