[ARCHIVED] I am trying to look at my kids assignments that there teachers have emaild back graded, but its saying I am unauthorized and i dont know why. I log into canvas everyday and ive never had a problem

Every time I try to look at graded assignments the teachers have emailed back to me it says unauthorized access, and now I can't look at anything. I was just on canvas last night and didn't have this problem. Any suggestions??

Hi Heather -

Is this happening for all of the assignments, or just a select few? There's a chance that something had availability dates associated with it, preventing access at certain times. The other thing is that something like a page or resource could be unpublished temporarily.

If it's a link to a graded assignment, Observers should be able to access it, just like students. Could you have your student check the item you're trying to see too?
