[ARCHIVED] I an unable to get my mac book to load Canvas

the Mac Book will not load the dashboard but will load everything else

That's definitely frustrating. The most likely culprit is an out-of-date browser, and since you mention that you're using a Macbook, you are probably accessing Canvas through Safari. Safari needs to be updated on a device by updating the OS itself, so when you upgrade to a current MacOS version Safari will automatically update at the same time.

You'll find a list of supported browsers in What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?‌ Check the version you're using with those on the list, and if yours is older, update accordingly.
