I have a problem with enrolling in the class. When my teacher has sent a URL for me to join, I was able to join the first time but when I relog, the course didn't appear in the dashboard. I have checked the course tab but it also not there.
I have tried both joining with email and with code. Joining with code only work once because it did not need the email so I do not know how to login to the account that I can join.
Hi @nattapat2123 . I would contact your instructor to let them know you are having problems enrolling in the course. They may need to take some action on their end to help you get enrolled. If you can send me details about the course you are trying to enroll in, I may be able to find out some more information that would aid me in helping you figure this out.
