We created practice assignments at the beginning of the school year so that our elementary students could practice the different submission types. We did not think about it showing up in the grade book. We would like to remove them from the grade book. Is that possible?

You can set "Display Grade as" to "Not Graded" on the assignments and they'll be removed from the gradebook.
