I made a mistake creating an instructor account with the email provided by my university, I tried creating a new one but it won't let me use the said email, I even tried deleting it as my primary email but I still can't delete the "Ways to log In", I tried contacting the support but they didn't answer me

-I can't delete the email in "ways to log in" thus I can't create a student account with that email

Sorry for the trouble but in the account I created the " submit a ticket doesn't exist" and I tried reaching out to the canvas report a problem as well but there's still no response from them. I'm getting anxious because of my fault I am falling behind in my classes. I can't create an account because the email is still connected to the failed account. If you know any answers please tell me.
