I am an assistant professor at the University of iowa and was asked to review this specific course. I tried to open the link that they sent me by email but it won't accept internet explorer and it won't accept the chrome version that I have on my desktop (which is 79). I can't download the newest version of Chrome as I need and IT administrator acess and this week is a holiday week.
can someone help me please ?
thanks

Hi @mohamad-mokadem Welcome to the Canvas Community.
This sounds very frustrating.
Here are a few things you could try:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? All is not lost these ones are fine:
- Chrome 77 and 78
- Firefox 70 and 71 (Extended Releases are not supported*)
- Edge 44 (Windows only)
- Respondus Lockdown Browser (supporting the latest system requirements)
- Safari 12 and 13 (Macintosh only)
Sing out if you need a hand.
