Hello.
Whatever the question type, images won't upload to the New Quiz. The error message we get is "issue uploading file".
This happens whether uploading to a Hot Spot question type or, say, to the rich text editor of a multi-choice question.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi @samkennedy01 I just tested in my sandbox course and didn't seem to have any issue uploading images to a New Quiz. I was using the most updated version of Chrome so you might try in this web browser if you haven't already to see if it makes a difference. Also, you might check that the image is one of the standard file types for images and the that file isn't extremely large. I tried one large image file and it took a while before it appeared in the RCE of the quiz. I can foresee that large files may cause issues.
Might any of this help? If not your best bet may be to contact Canvas Support (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?). Support would have a greater ability to problem solve what may be happening and could report a bug if one appears to exist. If you do end up contacting Support, please let us know what they indicate!

Thanks Eric!
I'm using the latest version of Chrome and I've tried with a range of sizes and formats from a handful of PCs and in different Canvas courses, e.g. jpeg and png, 4x4 pixels, 100x100 pixels, 400x450 etc.
I'll give it another few goes from scratch and, if I can get it to work once, I'll have something to go on. It *has* worked before for a colleague but doesn't now, so something somewhere has changed or been changed.
