[ARCHIVED] Invalid pairing code

I have tried creating an abserver account in the ios app and on my desktop.  Ive used two different pairing codes and they both say they are invalid.  What could I be doing incorrectly?

It sounds like you're trying a lot! Before we dive-in further, make sure that the URL that is at the top of your screen in the browser or that the school you've selected in the Parent app matches that your student uses.
