[ARCHIVED] Issues with copying questions from one question bank to another

I just spent time copying questions from one question bank to a new one that I created. Then I checked my new question bank and found that it only had 15 questions in it, even though I had copied over at least twice that many questions. I have tried again. I choose a question to copy (I select keep a copy in this question bank as well), and then check the destination question bank and the new question is not there. I have tried this multiple times now and it is not copying questions at all anymore. But it did copy some questions initially.
Any thoughts?
